Students at the Huskie Hack

February 23-24, 2019

Holmes Student Center, NIU campus in DeKalb, IL

Northern Illinois University’s signature coding event, Huskie Hack, invites students to compete in a two-day challenge by developing creative, tactical solutions that address social justice issues involving race, voice, inequality, diversity and inclusion.

Who should attend?

Huskie Hack brings together students from regional middle schools, high schools, colleges and universities in an environment that fosters peer-to-peer learning and collaboration. Students should register to attend if they identify themselves as social justice crusaders or activists, technologists, engineers, designers, legal advocates, coders/hackers, data geeks or creative thinkers. Technology or coding experience is not required to participate.

How do I register?

Look for additional details and registration information in the fall of 2018.
